Happy Thanksgiving

CCI Wants to Wish All Our Customers a Happy Thanksgiving!

In the previous e-mail CCI asked "What makes a salon/spa successful?" and we got many responses.
Here are a few.:
I think what make a spa/salon successful is perseverance, a willingness to take risks and a great attitude.  Jeunesse Skin Rejuvenation Stillwater , MN

My advice to someone just starting out is to make sure to listen, smile and please the customer.
Cathie's Hair Care & Tanning Center Wayne , WV

I think a successful salon happens when all hairstylists are on the same page. I give most of the credit to my talented stylists who have years of experience and realize the importance of customer service.
Adorn Hair Salon Defiance , MO

The most important tip that I can give to any business owner is to have "effective communication". When I say effective I mean effective.  It must be detailed and put in black and white.  Having monthly or bi-weekly meetings are a must!!! You can't take any thing for granted. You may assume that everything is well with your team and you will not know until you have a meeting. With that being said you have to communicate effectively.  You are the leader and believe it "all eyes are on you"."
Hair Spa Etc. Alexandria , VA
